Delivery timelines
Ready-to-wear items dispatch within 2–4 working days. Custom and made-to-measure orders dispatch as per the timeline committed in your quotation — typically 10–35 working days from payment confirmation.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free across India for all orders above the threshold stated at checkout. Otherwise a flat shipping fee is shown before payment. International shipping is quoted separately.
Tracking
Every dispatched order is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email and inside your Orders page. Updates are pushed as the courier scans the parcel.
Delays
Delays caused by weather, civic unrest, courier strikes or customs holds are passed through. We will email you proactively and refund the shipping component if a delay exceeds the committed window by 7 days.
Lost or damaged parcels
Report any damage on receipt within 48 hours with unboxing photos. We will pursue the courier insurance claim on your behalf and re-make or refund the order as appropriate.
