When refunds apply
Refunds apply to accepted returns, cancelled orders before production, undelivered orders, and quotations cancelled within 12 hours of payment.
Refund timelines
Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval. Funds reach your card / bank account in 5–10 working days depending on your issuer. PayU UPI refunds are typically same-day.
Refund mode
Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument. Where the instrument is no longer valid, we issue store credit equal to the refund value.
Partial refunds
Some quotations include a non-refundable advance reflecting bespoke fabric procurement or block-booked artisan time. The non-refundable portion is disclosed before payment.
