Eligibility

Exchanges are offered for ready-to-wear garments where the size does not fit, within 7 days of delivery, in unworn condition with original tags.

For custom garments, alterations and re-fitting are offered free of charge for the first round when the deviation is on our side.

Process

Raise an exchange from your order page, share fit photographs and choose the desired size. Reverse pickup is arranged within 48 hours, and the exchanged garment is dispatched as soon as the original is received and inspected.
