1. Brief
Use the AI Design Studio or write a short brief describing what you want, the occasion, your budget and your timeline. Upload reference images if you have them.
2. Match
We surface a curated shortlist of designers who match your brief, budget and timeline. You can also pick a specific designer.
3. Quotation
The designer returns a detailed quotation — fabric, embroidery, fittings, delivery date, breakdown of cost. Approve it inside your dashboard.
4. Payment
Pay securely through PayU India. Funds are escrowed and released to the designer in milestones.
5. Production
Your designer keeps you in the loop with progress photos. We notify you at fabric cut, embroidery completion and final stitching.
6. Dispatch
Once you approve the final photographs, the garment is QC’d, packed and dispatched with a tracked courier. A GST invoice is emailed on dispatch.
7. Aftercare
First alteration is free for custom orders. Garment-care instructions ship with every order. We also publish region-specific care tips on the help centre.
