Customer payments are held by Asian Libaas in a settlement account operated through PayU India until production milestones are met.

Release milestones

25–40% on order acceptance (designer-defined per quotation).

Balance on dispatch, after customer approval of pre-dispatch photographs.

Final retention of 5% for 7 days post-delivery to cover return claims.

Disputes

If a dispute is raised before the final release, funds remain in escrow until the dispute is resolved per our Marketplace Policy.
