Use only the fabric, embroidery and embellishment specified in the approved quotation. Substitutions require customer approval in writing through the platform chat.
Communication
Respond to customer messages within 24 hours. Send progress photos at fabric cut, mid-production and pre-dispatch.
Timelines
Honour the timeline you quoted. If a delay is unavoidable, notify the customer at least 48 hours before the agreed milestone.
Intellectual property
Never copy another designer’s work without licence. Credit traditional motifs to their region of origin. Customer-supplied references are inspiration only, never to be reproduced verbatim.
